Building Perfection
Set in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in Scarborough North, Altum is a pair of elegantly curved buildings with sweeping views from six levels. We were inspired by the historic deco and functionalist styles of Scarborough Beach and its soft, unbleached natural beauty. Altum makes great use of natural light and cross flow ventilation, making it the perfect place to call home, for all seasons.
Created for a discerning over 55's market, you will be living in one of Perth's most beautiful beachside suburbs, enjoying a carefree, wonderful way of life.
Beautifully appointed light filled apartments
Altum offers a choice of either two or three bedroom apartments, all with floor to ceiling windows for the ultimate views, wonderfully spacious living areas, big balconies, brilliant kitchens and elegant fixtures and fittings throughout.
